Delicious And Easy Brownies
- 1/2 pound unsweetened butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (If you use Splenda, replace the sugar for 3/4 cups splenda)
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vainilla
- dash of salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup chocolate morsels
- Preheat the oven to 350 for half an hour.
- Butter a medium size pyrex.
- In the food processor beat the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar, eggs, vainilla and dash of salt.
- With on/off turns add the flour and the cocoa.
- At the end the chocolate morsel.
- Pour the mixture in the pyrex and bake 30-35 minutes. Test for doness. The top should be cooked but the inside still wet. This is the secret for the fudgy consistency. Remove from oven, cut while still hot but leave the brownies in the pyrex until cold. Sprinkle confectionery sugar and place in a decorative paper cup.
- The brownies can be frozen in a tupperware.
