Reuben Roll

  1. Combine beef, onion, Worcestershire, Russian dressing, salt, egg, pepper and Russian dressing.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Roll out jelly roll fashion.
  4. In 1/2 of beef mixture add a layer of cheese and layer of sauerkraut.
  5. Place the other 1/2 of beef mixture over cheese and kraut.
  6. Best to roll on foil, then lift the foil to place beef over the filling.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes, 1/2 time reduce to 300u0b0. Do not overbake.
