Pan Steamed Mussels With Thai Herbs And Lemon Grass

  1. 1.Place all the ingriedents (excluding the spring onions and corriander) together in a large pan and stir thoroughly.
  2. 2.Cover and steam for 5mins shaking the pan occasionally until the mussels open (discard any mussels that do not open)
  3. 3.Transfer the cooked mussels to a serving dish
  4. 4.Garnish mussels with chopped sping onions and coriander leaves and serve immediately.

  6. Sprinkle some crispy fried garlic pieces over the top for an interesting variation in taste.
