California Seafood Brunch Bake

  1. Saute mushrooms in butter in skillet over low heat for 8 minutes, remove from heat.
  2. Stir in crabmeat, green onions and cheese.
  3. Layer bread cubes and seafood mixture, half at a time, in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pressing down layers.
  4. Whisk eggs and remaining ingredients in bowl.
  5. Pour over layers.
  6. Chill, covered, for 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
  8. Yield: 12 servings.
