Jenny'S Breakfast Cookies - Gluten Free!

  1. Mix (1) in a large bowl.
  2. Soften but be careful not to melt the honey, butter and coconut oil and whisk all #(2) ingredients together.
  3. Then combine (1) and (2).
  4. Form into balls and bake @ 325* for 9-11 minutes.
  5. If dough is too soft or sticky, place in refrigerator until it holds together nicely.
