Chubby Chicken Caesar Wraps

  1. 1.Dice baked chicken into bite sized pieces and place in large mixing bowl
  2. 2.Add juice of 1 lemon, cheese, onion, tomato, and dressing. If desired, you can toss in some reduced fat chips for crunch
  3. 3.Toss ingredients together well. Set mixture aside
  4. 4.Heat individual wraps on stove for about 30 seconds per side or until pliable
  5. 5.Fill wraps with mixure and roll by folding sides inward and rolling upward
  6. 6.You can also grill the wraps on each side if desired with some olive oil for extra flavor
  7. 6.Wrap the filled wraps in aluminum foil and refrigerate until ready to use
  8. These are perfect for lunchboxes or a healthy snack-and a lot fresher and better for you than it's fast food version.
