Chubby Chicken Caesar Wraps
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (baked)
- one large tomato-diced
- 1/4-1/2 cup light caesar dressing
- 1/2 red onion-diced (optional)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fat free cheese (your choice)
- 1 package low carb wraps (mission is a good brand)
- 1.Dice baked chicken into bite sized pieces and place in large mixing bowl
- 2.Add juice of 1 lemon, cheese, onion, tomato, and dressing. If desired, you can toss in some reduced fat chips for crunch
- 3.Toss ingredients together well. Set mixture aside
- 4.Heat individual wraps on stove for about 30 seconds per side or until pliable
- 5.Fill wraps with mixure and roll by folding sides inward and rolling upward
- 6.You can also grill the wraps on each side if desired with some olive oil for extra flavor
- 6.Wrap the filled wraps in aluminum foil and refrigerate until ready to use
- These are perfect for lunchboxes or a healthy snack-and a lot fresher and better for you than it's fast food version.
