Fat Free White Chocolate Berry Angle Trifle

  1. Step 1: Prepare the pudding according to package directions.
  2. Step 2: Slice the strawberries or use whole raspberries. Marinate berries with sugar, orange liqour or orange juice. Chill in fridge until ready to use.
  3. Both Step 1 and 2 can be done a day ahead.
  4. In Trifle bowl or other large glass bowl layer ingredients to the top. It is alright if the final layer is higher than the edge of the bowl.
  5. Next:
  6. 1) tear pieces of angle food cake and place in bowl;
  7. 2) spoon in layer of marinted berries;
  8. 3) spoon in layer of white chocolate pudding; and,
  9. 4) spoon in layer of whipped topping.
  10. Repeat 1-4 until the top of bowl is reached.
  11. Each layer should be about an inch thick.
  12. The final layer should be the whipped topping.
  13. Chill before serving.
