Chewy Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
- 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1 c. biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 2/3 c. (10 oz. pkg.) Hershey's vanilla milk chips
- 1 2/3 c. (10 oz. pkg.) Reese's peanut butter chips
- Stir together cocoa and butter until mixture is smooth.
- Stir in condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, oats, biscuit mix, salt and both chips until well blended.
- Let batter rest 10 minutes.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 7 to 9 minutes or until tops begin to dry (do not overbake).
- Cool 5 minutes; remove to wire rack.
- Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
- Makes 48 cookies.
