Quick Cheese And Vegetable Strata

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In small bowl whisk together milk, egg, rosemary, thyme, nutmeg, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut bread into small cubes about 1/4 inch. Spread mustard on cubes and add to egg mixture. Let bread absorb egg mixture completely. This may take a few minutes.
  4. Once bread absorbs egg, add cheeses and greens to mixture. Then pour in lightly buttered (4x4) baking dish.
  5. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, and golden crust rises. (25-30 minutes)
