Chicken Enchildas
- one pack chicken leg's or whole chicken one pint sour cream or you can use bar of cream cheese instead of the sour cream one can 26oz cream of chicken 1 pack about 30 corn tortillas 1or2 fresh jalpanos whatever cheese you like best we use chedder and montery jack cheese mixed to gether
- boil the chicken tell soft shreed it from the bone soften the tortillas put the cream of chicken soup in a blender mix in the sour cream or half the cream cheese and if you won't it hot and spicy put in the jalpanos but boil them first 1or2 if not leave them out if you put them in the recipe name changes and is called enchildas verda or green enchildas in english ok that's the sauce dip the tortillas in the sauce put the shreeded chicken in the tortilla an a little bit of cheese mix roll it up and put in a casarole dish one next to the other put more sauce over them and cover with cheese on top put in ovan 350 degrees 20to30min. or intell cheese is melted and dish is hot or you can cook in microwave to untel hot
