Ham With Fruited Bourbon Sauce

  1. 1. Coat Crock Pot with nonstick cooking spray. Add ham, cutside up. Combine apple juice, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon and red pepper flakes in small bowl; stir well. Pour mixture evenly over ham. Cover; cook on LOW 9-10 hours or on Higy 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Add cherries 30 before end of cooking time.
  2. 2. Transfer ham to cutting board. Let stand 15 minutes b4 slicing.
  3. 3. Pour cooking liquid into large measuring cup and let stand 5 minutes. Skim and discard excess fat. Return cooking liquid to Crock Pot.
  4. 4 Turn Crock Pot to HIGH. Whisk cornstarch and bourbon in small bowl until cornstarch is dissolved. Stir into cooking liquid. Cover; cook on HIGH 15- 20 minutes longer or until thickened. Serve sauce over slice ham
