Grouper Tommy

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Grill grouper both sides until almost done. Steam asparagus until done. Boil or steam shrimp for 1 minute using shrimp boil if desired. Place grilled grouper in glass baking dish. Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning is desired. Arrange shrimp pieces and crab meat on top of grouper. Lay asparagus on top of crab meat. Cover with swiss cheese. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until grouper is done.(Flaky) and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and pour Hollandaise sauce over all. Sprinkle with paprika.
