Pork And Green Chile Stew

  1. Brown pork and onion in hot oil in a large pot, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat; reduce to low and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes. Remove cover and simmer for about 10 minutes more or until stew is slightly thickened. Makes 4 servings.
