Ginger Salmon Teriyaki

  1. Mix ingredients & marinate salmon at least 10 minutes per side. Filet only needs one side marinated, skin side up.
  2. ** Marinate longer, depending on your taste for ginger. (We sometimes marinate overnight.)**
  3. Baste salmon with marinade and broil 6-7 minutes on one side until edges of skin start to blacken. Turn salmon, baste again and broil another 5 minutes or so.
  4. Serve with a nice Chardonnay & bask in the compliments from your guests.
