Baked Catfish

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Whisk together egg white and milk.
  3. Dip fillets into milk mixture and dredge in cornmeal mixture.
  4. Place on a foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle fillets with sesame seed and coat each fillet with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
  8. Makes 4 servings, 196 calories and 5.9 g fat.
