Fudgey White Chocolate Chip Brownies
- 1 cup butter or margarine (softened)
- 3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2. Grease 9x13x2 baking pan.
- 3. Beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
- 4. Add eggs and Vanilla, beat well.
- 5. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture blending well.
- 6. Stir in White Chocolate Chips
- 7. Spread batter into prepared 9x13x2 pan
- 8. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides
- 9. Cool completely in pan on wire rack
- 10. Cut into bars and serve with a scoop of ice cream(vanilla does well, but chocolate goes great for the chocoholic) or just serve by itself with a glass of milk.
