Fudgey White Chocolate Chip Brownies

  1. 1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. 2. Grease 9x13x2 baking pan.
  3. 3. Beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
  4. 4. Add eggs and Vanilla, beat well.
  5. 5. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture blending well.
  6. 6. Stir in White Chocolate Chips
  7. 7. Spread batter into prepared 9x13x2 pan
  8. 8. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides
  9. 9. Cool completely in pan on wire rack
  10. 10. Cut into bars and serve with a scoop of ice cream(vanilla does well, but chocolate goes great for the chocoholic) or just serve by itself with a glass of milk.
