Kids Lov'Em & Mom'S Ador'Em Sunday Morning Pancakes

  1. 1 C flour
  2. 1 Banana
  3. 2 organic Egg White
  4. 1/8 (t) Cinnamon
  5. 1/4 (t) Baking Soda
  6. 1/8 (t) Baking Powder
  7. 1 (T) Olive Oil
  8. 3/4 C organic Soy or Almond milk
  9. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl (you can smash or slice the banana -- a ripe banana adds the sweetness and richness to the mix). Then add the fun stuff and cook. If you use the pre-mixed Pancake batter, get the healthy version, follow the directions but add the egg white = better pancakes and a bit of quality protein for the kids.
