Passover Peach Kugel

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. Place farfel in colander. Pour boing water over farfel drain and set aside.
  3. Drain peaches and reserve liquid.
  4. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Beat in margerine, sugar, vanilla farfel and reserved liquid. Cut in several peach slices.
  5. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Place remaining peach slices on top pressing down slightly into batter to prevent burning. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
  7. **** - use can and 1/2 delmonte peaches but only juice of one can
