Mimi'S Church Pizza

  1. Defrost dough balls on large sheet pan - overnight. Allow to come to room temperature for 2-3 hours.
  2. Brown meat.
  3. Process garlic and most of the Basil and add to the olive oil.
  4. Slice in half olives and tomatoes.
  5. Dough balls should be pliable. Dust with flour. Indent edges, smack the middle and toss to create circle. Lay on pizza sheet dusted with cornmeal.
  6. Oil the edge of crust before and after it is baked with the prepared oil.
  7. Ladle sauce, twirl to edges, sprinkle with cheese. Makes several variations of pizza for a crowd. Drizzle with oil.
  8. Sausage, mushroom & onion; pizza Margherita (basil & tomato); Supreme (everything); Pepperoni.
  9. No Pork!
  10. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes or until desired.
