Grilled Turkey Breast W/Roasted Garlic And Brie Sauce
- For Turkey:
- 4 Turkey Breast Fillets
- (Boneless/Skinless)
- 2 Tbsp.Olive Oil or Canola Oil
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- Pinch of Fresh Rosemary
- For Sauce:
- (Start from Basic White Sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 1 Cup Double Cream Brie
- To Roast Garlic:
- Place in frying pan on medium/low heat with a little bit of butter/margarine. Continue stirring until Garlic turns brown. Remove from heat.
- Turkey:
- Place Turkey Breasts on Grill Mix together oil, 1/2 of the roasted garlic and Rosemary. Drizzle over Turkey and cook until tender.
- (approx. 5-7 min.)
- Sauce:
- In saucepan on medium heat: 2Tbsp. butter/margarine until melted
- Remove from heat and add:
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2Tbsp. Flour
- Mix into what appears to be a paste (rue)
- Place back on heat, turning it to mid-high while adding:
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- *Continuously stir while mixture comes to a boil to avoid 'browning'. Reduce heat to medium and continue to stir until mixture thickens
- Once mixture has thickened, remove from heat (turn burner down to a low heat) and add:
- 3 Minced Garlic Cloves (roasted)
- 1 Cup Double Cream Brie
- Place back over heat and continue to stir until cheese is blended into sauce. Remove from heat.
- Once Turkey Breast is ready, place on serving plates and gently pour sauce over top. Accent with fresh Rosemary and serve with your favourite side.
