Shrimp & Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo Skillet
- One 4.9 oz. package Farmhouse(R) Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1-1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 14 oz. frozen broccoli florets, cooked per package directions and drained
- 8 oz. cooked shrimp, thawed if frozen
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion, red bell pepper and garlic and cook until soft, about five minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet and bring just to a boil. Reduce heat to medium boil, stirring frequently until pasta is done, about 12 minutes.
- Add broccoli, shrimp and cheese. Stir until heated through.
- Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.
