Westport Shrimp(From A Taste Of Aloha)

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Grease a 3-quart casserole.
  3. In a saucepan, bring butter and cream to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat.
  5. Mix cornstarch and curry with the sherry and add to the cream. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add shrimp or chicken, rice and raisins.
  6. Blend in seasonings and pour mixture into the casserole.
  7. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
