Bagels With Egg And Herb Sandwich
- Bagels (Any Type) (The amount depends on how many you wish to make)
- Eggs (any Type) (Again depends on how many you wish to make)
- Spreadable Butter
- Bag of Mixed Herbs
- 1: Get a frying pan ready and pour enough oil in and place on the ring medium heat, wait a second or two for the oil to get very luke warm (not hot).
- 2: Gently hit the egg off a counter or the pan until it cracks and slowly widen until the egg slides out into the pan, you should now have a perfect egg let the oil heat and cook the egg.
- 3: Cut open the bagels and warm (Best in toaster).
- 4: Butter bagel and place egg on it, sprinkle with mixed herbs and cover with other half of the bagel then cut like a sandwich and serve.
- Extra: Why not serve on a small plate with some mixed herbs for show (Also nice for when the egg runs you can wipe up with the bagel and get extra herbs.
