Helvetia Pumpkin Bread (Amy Roloff)

  1. oven at 350
  2. combine sour cream and baking soda
  3. in separate bowl cream butter and sugar together until fluffy
  4. add sour cream to butter/sugar mixture
  5. in separate bowl combine pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and pumpkin pie spice; whisk in eggs one at a time, add oil and vanilla
  6. add pumpkin mixture to butter/sugar/sour cream mixture
  7. add in flour, baking powder, and salt
  8. grease 2 loaf pans and add half of mixture to each
  9. bake 45+ minutes until knife comes out clean
