Cinnamon Crumble Pizza
- 9 Rhodes Dinner Rolls or 6 Rhodes Texas Rolls, thawed to room temperature
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash of salt
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- Glaze:
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Spray counter lightly with non stick cooking spray.
- Combine rolls and roll into a 12-inch circle.
- Place on a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan.
- Brush dough with melted butter.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the butter.
- Combine dry topping ingredients well and cut in butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over pizza.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 30 minutes.
- Remove wrap and bake at 450u0b0F 8-10 minutes.
- Prepare glaze while pizza is baking by combining glaze ingredients.
- Remove pizza from oven and let cool a few minutes.
- Drizzle with glaze and serve warm.
