  1. Advanced:
  2. 1. Muddle the pineapple chunks and the Curacao in the bottom of a mixing glass.
  3. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well with ice.
  4. 3. Double strain into a chilled flute and garnish with grated fresh nutmeg.
  5. Simple:
  6. 1. Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  7. 2. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
