New Year'S Eve
- Advanced:
- 1 1/2 oz. Pomegranate Black Tea
- 1 1/2 oz. cognac
- 1/2 oz. orange Curacao
- 4 one-inch square pieces of pineapple
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Garnish:
- nutmeg
- Simple:
- 3 oz. Pomegranate Black Tea
- 1 1/2 oz. cognac
- 3 oz. pineapple juice
- Garnish:
- nutmeg
- Advanced:
- 1. Muddle the pineapple chunks and the Curacao in the bottom of a mixing glass.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well with ice.
- 3. Double strain into a chilled flute and garnish with grated fresh nutmeg.
- Simple:
- 1. Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- 2. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
