Macjack'S Healthy Candy Bars
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter (preferably unsalted and no sugar. You know the stir-first kind).
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 cup Whole oats, Old-fashioned
- 1/4 cup Mix of chia and flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Heat oil in small pot until totally liquid
- Add peanut butter and honey, stirring until totally dissolved into liquid.
- Add everything else except the rolled oats until everything is well coated.
- Add one cup of oats and continue to stir around.
- Max decide to add more until it looks like everything has been sucked up by the oats. Make sure oats are full coated.
- Take the mix and put into a square shallow tupper ware, and push it down. Very important you stamp it down or it will not stick together when it is cooled.
- Place in fridge for a few hours to cool then remove, and cut into whatever sizes you want.
