Fruit Bruschetta

  1. Slice crusty rolls into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  2. Place on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over slices.
  4. Bake at 400u0b0F 5-10 minutes or until edges are toasted.
  5. Set aside to cool. Place strawberries, pineapple and kiwi in a bowl and toss gently to combine.
  6. Place about 1 tablespoon fruit mixture on top of each toasted roll slice.
  7. Combine sour cream, honey, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well.
  8. Drizzle over fruit.
