Spicy Turkey Burgers

  1. In a large bowl mix together all spices, egg substitute, and salsa. Add the turkey and mix thoroughly. Shape into four 5 ounce burgers.
  2. Cook burgers on a cast iron grill pan or outdoor BBQ over medium heat. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side, until center is no longer pink.
  3. Top with desired toppings on bread of your choice.
  4. Option - Serve in leaves of butter lettuce for a Gluten Free, lower point, and low-carb version.
