2010 Thanksgiving Dressing

  1. For preparing stuffing outside of the bird, butter an 8x8" casserole. Saute the wings in olive oil very heavily on one side(poke the wings first). After stuffing the bird, take the rest of the stuffing, add a little salt and pepper(the stuffing in the bird gets extra salt from the brine), add to dish,place heavily browned side of wings down on stuffing, cover with foil and cook about 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
