Chicken Empanadas

  1. Cook 1st 13 ingredients in a large skillet about 5 minutes (until chicken is done)
  2. Process in food processor coarsely.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes
  4. Place 2 Tbsp on wrapper, seal with water
  5. Bake 400 deg for 12 minutes
  6. Coat cookie sheet with cooking spray
  7. light coat empanadas
