Salmon With Avocado And Mango Salsa
- 1 mango, peeled and finely diced
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro or mint
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
- Salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste
- 2 Lb salmon steaks (or 4 salmon fillets with skin, 6-8 oz each)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp olive or canola oil, plus more for brushing the grill
- 1/4 cup duck sauce (or sweet and sour sauce)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (or Japanese soy sauce)
- 1 inch ginger root, peeled and finely grated
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 2 avocados, halved lengthwise and pitted (don't peel)
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp olive or canola oil
