Pretzel Jello
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1& 3/4 cups margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 8 oz. cool whip container
- 2 cups boiling water
- 6 oz. package strawberry hello
- drained strawberry juice + water to make 1 & 1/2 cups
- 1 bag frozen sliced strawberries drained
- 2 cups boiling
- Mix pretzels, sugar and melted margarine. Pat in bottom of rectangular baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and cool whip until well blended. Spread over cooled crust.
- Mix jello in boiling water. Add strawberry juice and water. Add drained strawberries. Refrigerate uNeil it starts to set. Pour over cream cheese. Refrigerate yo set completely.
- This recipe takes a lot of time for baking, cooling and setting. I cut it into squares in the pan.
