Hot And Spicy Chex Mix
- 3 cups of Corn Chex cereal
- 3 cups of Wheat Chex cereal
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 teaspoons red pepper sauce
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 3 cups of Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup bite size cheese crackers(hot and spicy)
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1 1/4 teaspoons seasoned salt
- Heat oven to 250 degrees. Melt margarine in large roasting pan in oven. Stir in seasonings. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.
- Microwave directions: Melt margarine in large microwavable bowl uncovered on high. Stir in seasonings. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on high for 5-6 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.
