Penne With Broccoli

  1. Rinse broccoli; cut into flowerets.
  2. Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Peel and chop onion.
  5. Clean and slice mushrooms.
  6. Heat butter in a large skillet.
  7. Saute onion and mushrooms with basil, oregano and salt until soft.
  8. Add broccoli. Sprinkle with flour.
  9. Stir to combine.
  10. Add milk.
  11. Heat to a boil, stirring.
  12. Lower the heat.
  13. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  14. Add Cheddar cheese and half of Parmesan.
