Andrews Dark Rum Strawberry Mojito

  1. Day 1 Simple syrup:
  2. Step 1 : add 4 cups of water to a sauce pan
  3. Step 2 : bring the water to a boil
  4. Step 3 : add 1.5 cups of sugar in and stir it till it dissolves at medium heat.
  5. Step 4 : simmer the sauce pan for roughly 3 minutes.
  6. Step 5: add the syrup to a bowl and put in the fridge to chill over night
  7. Step 6 : wash the mint leaves
  8. Step 7 : add majority of the mint leaves to the syrup for over night
  9. Day 2
  10. Step 1 : add the strawberries to the bottom of the pitcher.
  11. Step 2 : add the rum to the pitcher
  12. Step 3 : add the Italian sparking white wine bottle
  13. Step 4 : add the syrup
  14. Step 5 : add ice

simple syrup, mint leaves, italian sparkling, reserve
