Andrews Dark Rum Strawberry Mojito
- 3 cups of Simple syrup (dark
- 1 cup of Pineapple mint leaves
- 1 bottle of Italian sparkling white wine
- 1 cup of frozen Sugared strawberrys
- 1.5 Cups Pyrat xo reserve
- Day 1 Simple syrup:
- Step 1 : add 4 cups of water to a sauce pan
- Step 2 : bring the water to a boil
- Step 3 : add 1.5 cups of sugar in and stir it till it dissolves at medium heat.
- Step 4 : simmer the sauce pan for roughly 3 minutes.
- Step 5: add the syrup to a bowl and put in the fridge to chill over night
- Step 6 : wash the mint leaves
- Step 7 : add majority of the mint leaves to the syrup for over night
- Day 2
- Step 1 : add the strawberries to the bottom of the pitcher.
- Step 2 : add the rum to the pitcher
- Step 3 : add the Italian sparking white wine bottle
- Step 4 : add the syrup
- Step 5 : add ice
