Steamed Beer Burgers(Bart'S Burgers)

  1. Pat hamburger into small patties not much bigger than a silver dollar.
  2. Brown patties in skillet on top of stove and set aside. Spray aluminum roasting pan with vegetable oil cooking spray. Spread all of the thinly sliced onions evenly over bottom of pan. Layer browned hamburger patties over onion layer.
  3. Pour bottle of barbecue sauce and bottle of beer over onions and burgers.
  4. Cover aluminum roasting pan with heavy duty foil.
  5. Be sure to seal all edges.
  6. Place sealed roasting pan with burgers on hot charcoal grill and cover grill with lid.
  7. Let burgers steam for approximately 1 hour.
  8. Place 2-4 burgers with onions on bun and enjoy!
