Chicken With Cream And Oregano

  1. Method:
  2. 1.)Heat pan. Put olive oil and saute' minced garlic.
  3. 2.)Add the chicken and saute'to sear in the meat.
  4. 3.)Pour white wine and add the 2 chicken cubes boullion.
  5. 4.)Let it boil until chicken becomes tender.
  6. 5.)When the chicken is tender, put the oregano. Stir and add the nestle cream.
  7. 6.)Add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 7.)Remove from the heat and serve with salad.
  9. Note: add 1/2 cup of beef broth if you want more sauce in this dish
