Chicken With Cream And Oregano
- 1 kilo chicken (chopped)
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 cubes beef or chicken
- boullion
- 1 cup beef broth (optional)
- 75 ml thick cream
- 2 tsp.Fresh chopped oregano
- (dried ones taste good too)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Method:
- 1.)Heat pan. Put olive oil and saute' minced garlic.
- 2.)Add the chicken and saute'to sear in the meat.
- 3.)Pour white wine and add the 2 chicken cubes boullion.
- 4.)Let it boil until chicken becomes tender.
- 5.)When the chicken is tender, put the oregano. Stir and add the nestle cream.
- 6.)Add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste.
- 7.)Remove from the heat and serve with salad.
- Note: add 1/2 cup of beef broth if you want more sauce in this dish
