All In One Sausage Bake
- 8-12 sausages of whatever kind you like; pierced with a fork;
- 3 large washed potatoes cut into 8 wedges;
- 2 green apples, cut into 8 wedges;
- 2 onions, cut into 4 wedges;
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and a slice through each side of the clove;
- 1-2 TBS dried rosemary;
- Olive oil;
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Drizzle some oil in a large oven pan and put it into the oven to get really hot. Peel the onions, cutting them into wedges and the potatoes too.
- When the oven's ready, add the onions, potatoes and sausages, sprinkle condiments (including some of the rosemary) over and stir well to coat in the oil. Bake for 20 mins.
- Just before the 20 mins is up prepare the garlic cloves and apples. Lower the oven heat to 180 degrees, remove the tin adding the garlic, apples and the rest of the rosemary. Stir well and bake for a further 30-40 mins (till the potatoes are cooked to taste).
