Chili Max
- 1/3 Cup of Oil
- 2 large onions (chopped)
- 1 1/2 - 2 Lbs Ground Beef
- 1 1/2 - 2 Lbs Cubed Pork
- 1/3 Cup Chili Powder
- 3 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 3 Tbsp Ground Oregano
- 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Chocolate Powder
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper (or more)
- 3-4 cups Tomato Juice (or spicy V8)
- Salt
- 8 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 - 3 Tbsp Cornmeal
- 4 Tomatoes (diced)
- 3 cups of beef stock
- 1 Can of Coke or a bottle of ale (use your judgment here)
- Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Cream
- 1 onion (chopped)
- Brown the cubed pork & put aside
- Brown the ground beef & put aside
- Put onions in oil
- Add all the meat
- Add the beef stock
- Add the tomato juice
- Add all the spices
- Add the tomatoes
- Cook for an hour
- I just add a little coke here and a little coke there.
- Add the garlic
- Cook for another 1/2 hour or so.
