Berries, Blue And Balsamic Salad

  1. Rinse and dry greens and place in a bowl.
  2. In a flat pan toast slivered almonds until they are slightly browned, then add them to the greens
  3. Crumble the blue cheese into the bowl with greens and almonds and add the sliced strawberries.
  4. In a separate jar combine and blend the oil, vinegar, maple syrup, garlic powder and salt.
  5. Pour emulsion over the salad Toss thoroughly and serve.
  6. Serve with fresh toasted baguette.
