Kathy'S Lasagna

  1. Brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Add garlic, parsley, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
  3. Simmer uncovered until thickened.
  4. Cook noodles and drain.
  5. Rinse in cold water.
  6. Combine egg, cottage cheese, salt and pepper, parsley and the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese mixture, beef mixture and Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake 30 minutes at 375u0b0.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
