Quick And Easy Cassoulet
- 1 (15oz) can S&W(R) Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15oz) can S&W(R) White Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15oz) can S&W(R) Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 pound turkey polska kielbasa, diagonally sliced into 1in pieces
- 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 to 1/2 cups thinly sliced carrots (about 3 medium carrots)
- 2 small onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 Tablespoons fresh thyme leaves or 1-1/2 teaspoons dried leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients in ungreased 3-quart casserole. Cover and bake until carrots are tender, about 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
- SLOW COOKER INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients in a 4-6 quart slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
