Oven Fried Chicken Wings

  1. 1. Combine all the ingredients, except the crumbs, in a zip-topped bag and allow to marinade for at least 4 hours. You can freeze it and thaw it out when you want to use it. You can also split it into two packets and put red pepper powder in one of them to have a spicy set.
  2. 2. Preheat oven to 400 deg F.
  3. 3. Combine the panko and the bread or cornflake crumbs in a shallow bowl.
  4. 4. Line a cookie sheet with Al foil and spray it with oil.
  5. 5. Roll the chicken wings in the crumb mixture and arrange on the cookie sheet. Spray the tops of the wings with oil. If you run out of crumbs, make more in a 1:1 ratio!
  6. 6. Bake for 25 minutes, turn, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
