Fish Tacos

  1. Place the egg & milk in a bowl and whisk until blended. Set aside. Mix the salt, corn meal, flour, breadcrumbs, & cornstarch in a shallow bowl.
  2. Dip fish strips into egg mixture, then into flour mixture until completely coated. Fry the fish in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until completely cooked.
  3. Warm tortillas. Spread sauce on tortillas. Place a few pickled jalapenos in each tortilla, top with several fish strips.
  4. Serve immediately
