Fruit Salad
- 1/2 a whole pineapple, chopped
- 3 red apples, chopped
- 1 container of strawberries, chopped
- 3 kiwi, chopped
- 12 dates, chopped
- 1 large container of blueberries
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 heaping tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1) Cut 1/2 a whole pineapple
- Put in large mixing bowl
- 2) De-skin and cut 3 apples (red)
- Add to bowl
- 3) Cut up 2/3 container of strawberries
- Add to bowl
- 4) De-skin and cut 4 kiwi
- Add to bowl
- 5) Cut and take out pits of ~10 dates (rinse hands and knife often to make it less sticky)
- Add to bowl
- 6) Add 1 large container of blueberries
- 7) Add 1 tbsp flaxseed
- Add 2 heaping tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds
- (may add a little more if you want)
- 8) Stir and done
