New Mexico Black Bean, Chorizo And Avocado Dip
- 1/2 lb Chorizo
- 1/2 lb Ground Turkey
- 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion
- 1 Jar Picante (Mild or Medium)
- 1 Can Black Beans (Drained)
- 2 Medium Avocados (Diced)
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1 Tbls Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tbls Tostitos Brand Creamy Southwestern Ranch Dip
- Chili Powder
- Chopped Green Onion
- Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
- Tortilla Chips
- Cook chorizo and ground turkey together. Drain and let cool.
- Add diced red onion, picante, black beans, diced avocados, cilantro, lime juice,
- cumin, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
- Garnish with a couple of dollops of Tostitos Brand Creamy Southwestern Ranch Dip,
- a little chopped green onion, a sprinkle of chili powder and a little shredded Mexican
- cheese blend.
- Serve with Tortilla Chips.
