Best Ever Carrot Cake

  1. Cake:
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Grease & flour 13x9x2" pan
  4. Beat sugar & eggs until thick &
  5. pale yellow. Stir in oil.
  6. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda & cinnamon.
  7. Stir into egg mixture.
  8. Fold in carrots & nuts.
  9. Pour batter into pan & bake in preheated oven, 35 to 40 min.
  10. Cool on rack & frost with cream
  11. cheese frosting.
  12. Frosting:
  13. Beat cream cheese, butter,
  14. vanilla & powdered sugar until
  15. smooth.
