Fluffy Pancakes

  1. PREP FOR COOKING
  2. 1. Preheat griddle @ High
  3. 2. Mix the DRY INGREDIENTS in the big mixing bowl using the big whisk
  4. 3. Mix the WET INGREDIENTS in a small mixing bowl using the big whisk*
  5. 4. Pour the WET INGREDIENTS into the DRY INGREDIENTS in the big mixing bowl and mix using the stirring spoon to create batter. Batter should be moderately lumpy and evenly moist.
  6. COOKING
  7. 5. Put some oil on hot griddle.
  8. 6. Dollop out the batter on the griddle using the ladel to create pancakes.
  9. 7. Side one: cook 1.5 - 2 mins
  10. 8. Flip with pancake flipper.
  11. 9. Side two: cook 1 - 1.5 mins
  12. 10. Remove with pancake flipper and serve.
