Pork Vegetable Stir-Fry(For 1)

  1. In 8-inch skillet with lid, place vegetable oil and meat. Cook on medium heat until brown (do not overcook).
  2. When meat is ready, turn heat to high and add vegetables and garlic.
  3. Stir to mix, then cover and let steam.
  4. Check and stir occasionally.
